Adjusting the planning of Xuan Phuong and Tay Ho Tay urban areas

Xuan Phuong new urban area will be more than 50 hectares wide. A part of the Tay Ho Tay new urban area, about 3,500 square meters wide, will be built with 25-storey office buildings, commercial services, and residential buildings.

The People's Committee of Hanoi has just issued a decision approving the task of adjusting the detailed planning of residential units 3 and the remaining land units in 2 new urban areas of Xuan Phuong at the rate of 1/500, in Xuan Phuong commune, Tu Liem district.

The project is invested by Tasco Joint Stock Company, has a research and planning area of about 50.24 hectares with a population of more than 8,000 people.

According to Tasco's investment orientation, in 2011, the company will complete investment preparation procedures, start construction of a low-rise housing area and offer the first phase of sale to the market of about 50 villas. By 2013, the project will complete all technical infrastructure and start construction on the apartment complex.

The project was implemented with the goal of concretizing the General Planning for the construction of Hanoi Capital until 2030 with a vision to 2050 and the GS subdivision planning approved by competent authorities; At the same time, propose functional subdivisions, reasonable land use structures, and organize landscape architectural space to harmoniously connect with Nhue River space and connect with the common technical infrastructure system in the area.

In the new urban area of Tay Ho Tay, the People's Committee of Hanoi has just issued a decision approving a partial adjustment of the planning plot symbol O15-CQ1, scale of 2.92 hectares, in the detailed planning of the new urban area of Tay Ho Tay, scale 1/2000.

Accordingly, adjust a part of the planning plot with an area of more than 3,500 m2 into mixed functions (office, commercial services and housing) with a construction density of 40%, building height of 25 floors (excluding 3 basement floors).

Previously, the city also adjusted part of the land plot symbol O16-CT2 from high-rise residential land to low-rise residential land (townhouses) with 39 units.
